PM Kisan: After the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme has gone to 33 lakh wrong accounts, the rules have been changed for this scheme. In the PM Kisan Scheme, an amount of Rs. 6 thousand will be given annually to those farmers whose name will be a field. This means that the farmers will have to do the mutation of the field in their own name.
Change rules for PM Kisan Yojana
Till now, the farmers who were taking advantage of this by taking out the Land Ownership Certificate (LPC) of their share in the farm named after the ancestors, will not be able to do so from now on. Actually, the number of farmers who do not have mutation of agricultural land in their name is quite large. These new rules will not affect the old beneficiaries who are already associated with this scheme.
These farmers will not get benefit
New applicants who are registering for the scheme will now also have to mention their land plot number in the application form. Such farmer families, which have jointly cultivated land, can have difficulties for them. Because till now these farmers were taking advantage of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme on the basis of their share of Khatiyani land. Now the farmers will have to get their share of land in their name, only then they will be able to take advantage of this scheme. If farmers have bought land then there is no problem, if the land is Khatiyani, then this work will have to be completed first.
Some changes happened before
Earlier changes were also made in PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Earlier, on the basis of the application of farmers, funds were sent directly to their account. But then the government made it necessary to link their accounts with Aadhaar. Farmers who come under the tax net were excluded from the scheme.
Action on wrongful exploiters
The government itself has said that in the past few days, about 2,296 million rupees have been given to about 32.91 lakh farmers who did not fall within the prescribed scope for this scheme. Now the government is preparing to recover from these people. At present, 11.53 crore farmers of the country are getting the benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
These people do not get the benefit of PM farmer
If a farmer does farming but the field is not in his name and in the name of his father or grandfather, then he will not get the benefit of Rs 6000 annually. The land should be in the name of the farmer. If a farmer cultivates land on rent from another farmer, then he too will not get the benefit of the scheme. Ownership of land is necessary in PM farmer. If a farmer or someone in the family is in a constitutional post then he will not get the benefit. Retired pensioners with monthly pension of more than Rs 10,000 will not get the benefit.
