It is a completely Indian app. According to the report, at present, this app has been put on a trial basis.

Sandes App is an instant messaging app created by the Government of India. For this reason, this app is called Government Instant Messaging Systam (GIMS) app. However, let us tell you that information is not available yet that this app has been introduced only for government people or the general public will also be able to use it.
