Officers and employees residing in the Containment Zone should inform their officers and will not be present in the office until the Containment Zone is over. Such employees will be allowed to work from home. The SOP states that only Asymptomatic employees or visitors will be allowed to enter the office. As far as possible in office, people have to maintain a minimum distance of six feet. ‘Meetings done through video-conferencing’
The order states that as long as possible meetings should be conducted through video-conferencing. Unless it is very important, face-to-face meetings should be avoided. The Ministry of Personnel has said in another order that all departmental canteens can be opened. It has also been said that the biometric attendance will be suspended till further orders.
