Presenting the budget (UP Budget 2021), Finance Minister Suresh Khanna of the Uttar Pradesh government said that under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana scheme, about 2.40 crore farmers of the state have got a stallment of 2000 rupees. Under this scheme, about 27 thousand 123 crore rupees have been sent to the farmers’ account. This money has been sent to the farmers’ account under the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme.
10.75 crore farmers got money in two years
On February 24, on the completion of two years of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said that under this scheme, 1.15 lakh crore rupees were sent to the account of 10.75 crore farmers in 2 years. The Union Agriculture Minister said that the farmers who have not got the benefit of this and they are eligible for this scheme, then soon they will get the benefit. Tomar has asked the state governments to campaign for this.

Go to the official website of PM-Kisan Scheme (https://pmkisan.gov.in/). Go to its Farmer Corner and click on the Edit Aadhaar Details option. You enter your Aadhaar number here.
