Bank strike today: today and tomorrow banks strike, ATM can also remain empty, know which services will be affected

Bank strike today: The government has announced the privatization of two more public banks in the next financial year. In protest against this decision of the government, a strike has been organized by UFBU on Monday and Tuesday.

A strike has been organized on behalf of the bank union today and tomorrow i.e. March 15 and 16 against the privatization of public sector banks. About 10 lakh bank employees will be involved in this strike. Earlier there were banks on Saturday and Sunday also. In such a situation, the impact of this two-day strike will be seen on the public. Some services will be disrupted mainly due to the strike.

Due to the strike, deposits, withdrawals, check clearance and loan approval will not be able to work in the bank. The ATM service will continue but there may be a shortage of cash. Banks will remain closed for the next two days, while banks were closed on Saturday and Sunday as well. In this case, take out the required cache.

Due to the closure of the bank, the ATM will not refill till Tuesday, although there will not be such problem at the ATMs of private banks. Some banks, including SBI, have informed their customers through a message that there may be an impact on the functioning of the branch. However, necessary steps have been taken by the bank, which will have minimal impact on the people. If your account is in banks like HDFC, Axis, Kotak Mahindra, ICICI, then there is nothing to panic. The strike will not have any effect on private banks.
