These properties are on the default list
Actually, PNB is auctioning the properties that have come on the default list. This means that the loan was taken by pledging the property, but it has not been repaid. Now the bank will auction the assets of such defaulters.
What to do to participate in e-auction?
According to the information given by the bank, if you want to participate in the auction, you have to register first. To register on the e-auction platform, you will have to register through your mobile number and email-id. After this, KYC verification will have to be done. KYC documents will be verified by the e-auction service provider, this work may take up to 2 days.
Canara Bank is also offering a chance to
tell that before PNB, SBI and Canara Bank are also giving a chance to buy a house cheaply. Canara Bank is going to e-auction more than 2000 properties across India. Canara Bank’s mega e-auction will take place on 16 March and 26 March.
