Visit UIDAI website
First of all, visit the website of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), https://uidai.gov.in, the Aadhaar number issuing organization.
Now click on My Aadhaar option
After opening the website, you will see My Aadhaar option on the homepage. By clicking on it, many options will appear in the list format in front of you.
Click on the lost Aadhaar option
In this list, you have to go to the Aadhaar service column and click on Retrieve Lost or Forgotten EID / UID option. After which a new page will open in front of you, in which you will have two options under EID or UID.
Enter your details
Select any number you want. After this enter your full name, mobile number and Email-ID. After this type the captcha shown on the screen and press the button with Send OTP option.
Will get OTP
On clicking the OTP button, a registered 4 or 6 digit code will appear on your registered mobile number. After submitting this code, your EID or UID number will come on the registered mobile number.
New base will come in 15 days
After this, a payment gateway page will open in front of you, where you have to pay a fee of 50 rupees. After payment, you will be sent a hard copy of Aadhaar card through Speed Post in 15 days.
