Where to find out who misused your Aadhaar

If anyone tampers with your Aadhaar in any way, then now you will find out who has tampered with your Aadhaar. Also you can complain about it. UIDAI is giving you this facility. You can find out about this by visiting the UIDAI website uidai.gov.in.

What is the reason for misuse of Aadhar card?

Although everyone keeps their Aadhar safe, but then the misuse of our Aadhar clearly indicates that our Aadhar card must have gone into the wrong hands. It may be that while copying the photo, or giving it to someone else for some work or if we fall somewhere, our base may fall into the wrong hands.

What is the complete process?

  • First you go to uidai.gov.in.
  • On the home page, under ‘Aadhaar Services’, open ‘Aadhaar Authentication History’.
  • After which you will be asked for your Aadhaar number and security code.
  • After filling all these information, One Time Password (OTP) will come on your Aadhaar registered number.
  • After filling the OTP, the user will have to provide the requested details along with the authentication type and date range.
  • Verify it, then a list will come in front, in which the history of Aadhar card for the last six months will be revealed.
  • It will be clear that when and where your Aadhaar was used.
