The process of opening Aadhaar service centers in these seven blocks—Paniara, Parataval, Ghughuli, Farenda, Dhani, Brijmanganj and Lakshmipur—is almost complete. This initiative will prove to be an important step for the population of about 30 lakhs of the district. At present, a huge crowd is being seen in the district headquarters and the main post office to get Aadhar cards made, due to which people are facing a lot of problems. This new step will be very beneficial for the local residents. Now they will not have to go far to the district headquarters to get Aadhar cards made or to update the information. This will not only save their time but will also reduce travel related expenses.
Biometric and demographic information will be updated. The opening of Aadhar card centers will not only provide convenience to working people, but will also provide relief to the elderly and women, who often feel uncomfortable traveling long distances. With all the services available at one place, people will not need to come and go again and again. Apart from this, the facility to update biometric and demographic information will also be available at these centers.
