For example, non-milk should not be eaten with non-veg. Come, let us know which things should be avoided by eating together-

Eating these things with milk should not be harmful  after eating urad dal, cottage cheese, egg, meat  urad dal. Milk should not be drunk even after eating green vegetables and radish. Drinking milk should be avoided after eating eggs, meat, and cheese. Eating them together can cause difficulty in digestion.




Do not eat these things with curd Sour fruits should not be eaten with yogurt, especially citrus fruits. Actually, yogurt and fruits have different enzymes. For this reason, they are unable to digest, so it is not advisable to take both of them together.

The fish curd effect is cold. It should not be taken with anything hot. The fish flavor is very hot, so it should not be eaten with curd.

What not to eat with honey

Honey should never be eaten by heating. Honey should not be consumed even in a rising fever. This increases bile in the body. Neither honey nor butter should be eaten together. Ghee and honey should never be eaten together. Even honey and ghee mixed in water can be harmful.

Avoid eating these things together – ghee, oil, melon, guava, cucumber, berries and peanuts should not be eaten with  cold water.  Sattu, alcohol, sourness and jackfruit should not be eaten with kheer.  – Vinegar should not be eaten with rice.
