Instagram has released a new feature on Instagram Reels. Now you will see ads i.e. ads in Instagram reels video. Let us tell you that after testing Instagram Reels ads in select countries over the past few months, the Facebook-owned photo sharing app has officially launched Ads on Reels for everyone across the world.

Meanwhile, let us tell you that Instagram has announced this in an official blog post, and said, “These ads will help the business to reach more and more audiences, so that people will be able to discover inspiring new content from brands and influencers and be able to see them.”
At the same time, let us tell you that Instagram reel ads will appear in full screen and tall size, similar to Stories ads. These ads on the reels will appear between different reels. Like regular reels, these will be advertising loops and can be up to 30 seconds long. Users will be able to comment, like, watch, save and share these reel ads.
Reel Aids will appear in the most popular locations for access to reel content, including the Reel tab, Reels in Stories, Reels in Explore, and Reels in your feed. Therefore, once a user taps into a reel from Stories, Feed, the Reel tab or Explore, they will enter an audience that specifically scrolls the reels for a long time.
Instagram also lets users control how to manage these ads. “Like any other ad on Instagram, we’ll give people control over the reel ads they see,” Instagram explained in a blog post. This means that if you see an ad and don’t like it, Instagram will give you the option to skip the ad or tap the menu to hide it or report it.
