After leaving the White House, former US President Donald Trump has made a resort in Palm Beach, Florida home. But due to an agreement related to the resort, Trump may have to vacate it. Actually, the trump where it currently resides used to be a historic building. But Trump bought it several years ago.
Trump had also entered into an agreement during the purchase of the historic building, stipulating that no one shall stay here for more than seven days at a time during the commercial use of the Mar-a-Lago resort. Also, a person can stay here three times a year for seven days.

According to a report published in the Daily Mail, Palm Beach officials have started a legal review of the agreement related to the Mar-a-Lago resort. However, Donald Trump’s son Eric Trump says that his father has the right to stay at the resort for as long as he wants.
Trump’s neighbors have also complained that Trump has violated the agreement on the Mar-a-Lago resort in the past. Neighbors had also raised objections by writing a letter to local authorities in December and said that Trump should stay somewhere else. Let us know that on January 20, just before Joe Biden’s oath, Trump came to his resort. His seven days at the resort were completed on Wednesday.
Town manager Kirk Blouin has said that Palm Beach’s attorney is reviewing the settlement. Kirk also said that he does not know where Trump is staying or how long he wants to stay. But the agreement with Trump may be discussed at the Town Council meeting on 9 February. If the Town Council finds that the agreement is being violated, the commercial license of the resort can be canceled. Let me tell you that Mar-a-Lago is a historical place of Florida. It was built in 1927. It has a total of 126 rooms.
