The Omar Abdullah government increased the age limit for the Administrative Services Exam 2024 to 35 years (general category), 37 years (reserved category) and 38 years (disabled), but the demand on reservation policy of 50% vacancies for open merit candidates still remains unresolved.
Age limit Hike: There is a big relief news for the youth who wish to enter the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service. Now the age limit has been increased from 32 to 35 years for general category (open merit) candidates, 37 years for reserved category and serving candidates and 38 years for physically handicapped candidates.
