This discount is being given to the soldiers on the occasion of Indian Army Day. Under this facility of the airline, ticket booking will have to be done today i.e. on January 15.
How to avail the discount
Information given by the airline said that this offer is available only for bookings made on January 15, 2025. By booking tickets under the offer, you can travel between January 15 and March 31, 2025. Defense and paramilitary force personnel can book their and their dependency’s tickets on the airline’s website airindiaexpress.com or through the mobile app. Ticket booking facility will also be available on the airline’s iOS or Android app. To avail the offer, you will have to use the promo code ‘DEFENCE’.

This discount will be applicable to all 37 cities that the airline flies to within the country. The 37 cities also include important centers of the Army, Air Force and Navy. For example, major army centers like Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow and Pune; Major Air Force bases like Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram and major Navy bases like Kochi, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam and Bhubaneswar (which serves the Chilika Naval Base) will also get the benefit of this discount.
