AirAsia gives relief to passengers, can now cancel tickets for free, rebates will also be available on booking again

In such a situation, by giving relief to the passengers, the airline company AirAsia India will now be able to cancel the tickets for free. For this, they will not have to pay any fee. The company has given this facility on all flights to Karnataka.




Not only this, the company has also given permission to book the flight ticket again on the old ticket itself. Due to this, passengers will not have to bear the brunt of canceling the ticket nor will they have to pay any extra charge. Since Bengaluru has a lockdown of 14 days. In such a situation, all Air Asia India passengers flying to Delhi and Bangalore can now choose to cancel or reschedule their flight ticket without any change fee or cancellation fee.

Changes in travel time and time until 15 May
Air Asia India recently also provided the facility to make unlimited changes in the travel time and date till May 15 for all bookings. For this, a press release was also issued on behalf of the company, in which it was said that no fee will be charged for the travel time and date change in the tickets booked by the passengers till 15 May.

Air Asia India has launched a new chatboat for the convenience of passengers. Also AirAsia started its #FlexIt campaign. The airline has extended this offer for bookings made on its new website www.airasia.co.in as well as other major booking channels.
