Recently, Thai AirAsia X inaugurated direct flights between Delhi and Bangkok-Don Muang (DMK). This route operated by Airbus A330 aircraft will initially run twice a week. There is a plan to increase its frequency to four times a week by mid-January 2025.
Speaking on the achievement, Videh Kumar Jaipuriar, CEO, DIAL said, “This milestone of connecting 150 destinations is a testament to our unwavering commitment to enhance global connectivity and provide world-class travel experiences. We are proud to take India into a new era of aviation and are dedicated to becoming the preferred hub for travellers across the globe.”
