Digi Yatra is an app. Which was launched by Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraj Scindia in the year 2022. By using technology, you will not need to show ID proof, vaccine proof and boarding pass. You will be able to do everything only through face recognition.

In December 2022, Digi Yatra service was started at Bangalore Airport and Varanasi Airport. But now passengers get the facility of Digi Yatra at many airports in the country. Digi Yatra app can be downloaded for both Android and iOS phones. Android users can download this app from Google Play Store. Along with this, iPhone users can download it from the App Store.

Digi Yatra will start at 12 more airports

At present, the facility of Digi Yatra is available only at 15 airports in India. The government is working to implement the facility in the country. Giving information in the Lok Sabha recently, Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu said that the facility of Digi Yatra can be started soon at 12 more airports. Along with this, he told that till now more than 43 lakh people have downloaded the Digi Yatra app. So if seen for some time, there has been a lot of increase in it.
