Airtel 5G Test: Airtel has said that the company has tested 5G on the commercial network. According to Airtel, it will be launched after permission from the government and enough spectrum.
In the 5G race, Airtel is looking ahead of Reliance Jio. Indian telecom giant Airtel has become the first telecom operator to conduct 5G test on commercial network. Airtel has successfully performed 5G in Hyderabad city. Giving this information, the company said that it did this with NSA (Non Stand Alone) network technology in the already existing 1800 MHz band.
Airtel said that he used the first such dynamic spectrum sharing in it. In this spectrum block, 5G and 4G can be run simultaneously. In this testing, it was shown that Airtel’s 5G network is ready for all domains like radio, core and transport.
The company said that in Hyderabad, users were able to download an entire film in seconds in a 5G phone. With this test, the company showed its technology capability. Users will get the benefit of 5G only when the company gets permission from the government and enough spectrum. When the 5G network is available for users, then users will not need to switch SIM card.

When the company officials were asked about Jio and Vi, they refused to comment on it. He said that he will only talk on Airtel. Which is completely 5G ready after testing commercially.
About Space Technology Starlink, he said that he is focusing on where there is less network. Last year, Reliance CEO Mukesh Ambani announced the 5G network. He had said that Jio’s 5G network will be available in India in the second half of 2021.
