A bench of Justices Ashok Bhushan, Justice R Subhash Reddy and Justice MR Shah said, “According to us there is nothing wrong in the order of the High Court, there is no reason to interfere in the order of the High Court.

At the same time, the Supreme Court has upheld the order of Allahabad High Court, in which Samajwadi Party MP Azam Khan, his son Abdullah Azam Khan and wife Dr. Tanzin Fatma have been granted bail in their alleged involvement in a land dispute case. A three-judge bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sharad Arvind Bobde dismissed the appeal filed by the Uttar Pradesh government and granted relief to all three.
