Akshay gave this statement

In a conversation with ANI, Akshay Kumar said, “Unfortunately, in our history books only one or two lines have been written about Emperor Prithviraj. At the same time, it is written extensively about the invaders. About our culture and Maharaja. Very little is written about him. There is no one who can write about him in history books. I would like to request the education minister to look into this matter and try to balance it. We can know about the Mughals. But how do we know about our kings? He too has been brilliant in his time.”

On this statement of Akshay Kumar, users have started trolling him with advice. One user wrote, “It is clear that Akshay did not go to any Indian school. He needs to read NCERT books. Especially class 7th.” Another user wrote, “There is a whole chapter written on Prithviraj Chauhan in class VII in NCERT. Like the rest of the kings, there is a chapter on him which we have read. Take a quick look at the NCERT history books. That might help you identify those facts.”
