In this, the Central Bank has released a list of those organizations which are not allowed to do foreign exchange trading under FEMA i.e. Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999. First know what is alert list
Alert list is issued from time to time by the Reserve Bank of India, through which people are alerted about some platforms. In this list, those platforms are included which are violating the rules or are not following the rules made for them. In such a situation, the Central Bank works to alert people through the alert list, so that no one suffers loss.
However, while looking at this list, you should not think that if any organization is not in this list then it has got the authorization of RBI. If you want to see the list of authorized organizations, then for that you should see the list of those organizations issued by RBI, which are authorized by RBI.
