The BOB has alerted all the customers through tweets and said that beware of suspicious messages or emails giving lots of free offers and gifts. Do not click or respond to them. The bank said, free seems good, but not safe. Explain that there has been a significant increase in the cases of banking fraud during the Corona period. In view of this, all banks periodically alert their customers to avoid fraud.
Apart from this, the bank has tweeted that the IFSC code of Dena and Vijaya Bank are closed from March 1, 2021. These codes will not work after March 1, 2021. If someone uses the old code then money will not be transferred. Explain that Vijaya and Dena Bank have been merged with Bank of Baroda.

Do not use free Wifi network
Along with this, the bank told its customers in the tweet that they should avoid using free Wifi network for internet banking. Using the free WiFi network can hack your NetBanking and clean your bank account. Therefore, do not use free wifi for netbanking.
