Amrit Bharat train has been designed keeping in mind the needs of the general public. Earlier, due to expensive fares, the lower class of the country used to hesitate in traveling by Vande Bharat, now they are going to get the option of Amrit Bharat. Let us tell you that Amrit Bharat train is going to start from Bihar. There is a lot of excitement about this in the Hajipur headquarters of East Central Railway. Preparations are going on at the headquarters to welcome this new train.
Know about the route and features
Amrit Bharat will be a train with 22 bogies. In this, instead of AC coaches, all the coaches will be sleeper and general. But the rest of the facilities will not be less than Vande Bharat. CCTV cameras will be installed in the train bogies. It will also have modern toilets, sensor water taps with guards and metro-like announcement system. In this way, these features make Amrit Bharat trains very special. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the Amrit Bharat train on 30th December. This train will go from Darbhanga in Bihar to New Delhi via Ayodhya.
Know the speed and fare
Amrit Bharat is a semi high speed train. Like Vande Bharat, it has two separate pull-push engines at the front and rear. With this, Amrit Bharat will compete with Rajdhani and Shatabdi Express trains in terms of speed. Amrit Bharat train will run at a maximum speed of 130 km per hour. If we talk about fare, it has been decided to keep it lower as compared to Vande Bharat trains. This train has been specially designed keeping in mind the migrant laborers of UP and Bihar. Therefore, it has been decided to keep the rent in their budget.
