Now the Aadhaar helpline service has been provided in 13 languages of the country. Aadhar card holders can avail the facility by calling the toll free number 1947 or sending a question to help@uidai.gov.in . This service of Aadhaar is available in 13 languages. These 13 languages include Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese and Urdu.

UIDAI has tweeted that the Aadhaar helpline service will now be available throughout the week. You can call the agent anytime at the time given on 1947. IVRS facility will be available 24 hours. You can also mail your questions to us at help@uidai.gov.in . In which reply will be given through mail.
UIDAI has further stated that Aadhaar card holders can avail helpline service from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 11 pm at any time. At the same time, helpline service will be available from 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday.
