ATF Price Hike: There has been a big increase in the price of ATF everywhere from Delhi to Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and this is the third consecutive month when oil marketing companies have increased the price of ATF.
ATF Price Hike: From today 1st September, there has been a huge increase in the price of ATF (Aviation Turbine Fuel) and new rates have been implemented with a huge increase of 18 percent in its prices. If you are going to travel by air during the festive season, then there is every possibility that you will get expensive air tickets because due to cost of air fuel, airlines may also have to increase the prices of their flight tickets.
How much did the prices of ATF increase?
In the country’s capital Delhi, the price of ATF has increased to Rs 20,295.2 per kiloliter and its price has crossed Rs 1.12 lakh. The rates of aviation fuel or jet fuel in Delhi have increased to Rs 1,12,419.33 per kilolitre.
ATF prices increased for the third consecutive month
There has been a huge increase in the price of ATF everywhere from Delhi to Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata and this is the third consecutive month when oil marketing companies have increased the price of ATF. These prices of the fuel used to run aircrafts and jets i.e. Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) or jet fuel have been stated according to the website of the government oil marketing company Indian Oil Corporation.

Delhi: In the country’s capital Delhi, the price of ATF has increased to Rs 1,12,419.33 per liter from Rs 92,124.13 per kiloliter in the previous month.
Mumbai: In the financial capital Mumbai, the price of ATF has increased to Rs 1,05,222.13 per kiloliter, which was earlier Rs 92,124.13.
Kolkata: The price of ATF has increased to Rs 1,21,063.83 per kiloliter in Kolkata. Earlier it was at Rs 1,07,383.08 per kilolitre.
Chennai: The price of ATF in Chennai has increased to Rs 1,16,581.77 per kiloliter. Its previous price was Rs 1,02,391.64 per kilolitre.
