Actually your smartphone can help you in withdrawing money without ATM card. If you forget the ATM card at home, then you can withdraw cash from ATM through UPI App present in your phone. This facility has been launched by National Payments Corporation of India a long time ago.
Withdraw cash from ATM without debit card
- To withdraw money from ATM through UPI, first go to the ATM.
- Now you have to choose the option of UPI Cash Withdrawal on the ATM menu.
- Now you have to fill the amount in the ATM which you want to withdraw.
- Now in the next step you will get a QR code on the ATM screen.
- Now you have to open the UPI app in your phone. Scan the QR code shown in the ATM from the app.
- As soon as you scan the QR code, money will be withdrawn from the ATM.
Keep this in mind
If you want to withdraw money from ATM through UPI, then you must keep one thing in mind. Before withdrawing cash, confirm whether the UPI ATM transaction facility is enabled in your UPI APP or not. Not only this, the ATM from which you are withdrawing money through UPI should also be UPI enabled otherwise cash will not be withdrawn.
