Actually, the bank is appealing to its account holders to link PAN-Aadhaar repeatedly, recently SBI has asked its customers to link PAN-Aadhaar card as soon as possible. Let us tell you that the last date for PAN-Aadhaar linking is 30 September 2021. Know what the bank said?
State Bank of India has said that if Aadhaar and PAN are not linked together, then the PAN number will become inactive. For this reason, the bank has asked customers to link Aadhaar and PAN for smooth operation of their account. It has been said in the notice that linking PAN card with Aadhar card is mandatory for everyone. SBI bank account will be suspended
What will happen to you if you do not get your KYC done by 30th September? SBI said that if your bank account is suspended without KYC, then the money deposited in your account will be frozen. You will not be able to withdraw that money. PAN and Aadhaar linking process
1- You have two ways to link PAN and Aadhar card. The first can be done by SMS and the second by visiting the Income Tax website.
2- If you want to link PAN and Aadhaar through SMS, then you have to SMS UIDPAN 12 digit Aadhaar number, 10 digit PAN number to 567678 or 56161.
