Mumbai Local Mega Block: Attention passengers catching Mumbai local. Due to maintenance work, there will be a mega block for local trains in Mumbai division today.
Mumbai Local Mega Block: An important update for millions of people traveling by Mumbai local every day. Central Railway said that today i.e. on Sunday, there will be mega block on various sections of Mumbai division to complete various engineering and maintenance works. Due to which many trains will be diverted and some trains may also get delayed. Therefore, before leaving home, check the live status of your trains.
Mega block is on these routes
Matunga-Mulund Up and Down Fast Line 11.05 am to 3.55 pm
Down Fast Line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.25 am to 3.35 pm will be diverted to Down Slow Line between Matunga and Mulund stations, stopping at their designated stations. At Thane station they will be re-diverted on the Down Fast Line and will reach their destination 15 minutes behind schedule.
Up fast line services leaving Thane from 10.50 am to 3.46 pm will be diverted to Up slow line between Mulund and Matunga stations and will again be diverted to Up fast line further stopping at their designated stations and will return to their respective stations. Will reach destination 15 minutes late from scheduled time.
On Down Fast Line, the last local before the block will be Badlapur local which will depart from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 10.20 am and the first local after the block will be Badlapur local which will depart from CSMT at 3.39 pm.
On Up Fast Line, the last local before the block will be Ambernath local which will reach CSMT at 11.10 am and the first local after the block will be Asangaon local which will reach CSMT at 04.44 pm.
Panvel-Vashi Up and Down Harbor Lines from 11.05 am to 4.05 pm
(Belapur-Kharkopar and Nerul-Kharkopar services not affected)

Up Harbor Line services leaving Panvel for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.33 am to 3.49 pm and Down Harbor Line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai for Panvel/Belapur from 9.45 am to 3.12 pm suspended. Will remain.
Up Transharbor Line services leaving Panvel for Thane from 11.02 am to 3.53 pm and Down Transharbor Line services leaving Thane for Panvel from 10.01 am to 3.20 pm will remain suspended.
On Down Harbor Line, the last local before the block will depart from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 9.30 am and reach Panvel at 10.50 am and the first local after the block will depart from CSMT at 3.16 pm and reach Panvel at 4.36 pm.
On Up Harbor Line, the last local to CSMT before the block will depart Panvel at 10.17 am and reach CSMT at 11.36 am and the first local to CSMT after the block will depart Panvel at 4.10 pm and reach Panvel at 5.30 pm.
On Down Trans-Harbour Line, the last local towards Panvel before the block will depart Thane at 9.39 am and reach Panvel at 10.31 am and the first local towards Panvel after the block will depart Thane at 4.00 pm and Will reach Panvel at 16.52 hrs.
On Up Trans-Harbour Line, the last local towards Thane before the block will depart from Panvel at 10.41 am and reach Thane at 11.33 pm and the first local towards Thane after the block will depart from Panvel at 4.26 pm and reach Thane at 5.20 pm. Will reach.

- Special local trains will run on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai-Vashi section during the block period.
- Trans-Harbour Line services will be available between Thane-Vashi/Nerul stations during the block period.
- Port Line services will be available between Belapur/Nerul and Kharkopar stations during the block period.
