According to Axis Bank, people serving in the army will get personal accident cover of Rs 56 lakh, education grant up to Rs 8 lakh, Rs 46 lakh in case of permanent disability, Rs 46 lakh in case of partial disability, Rs 1 crore on air accident cover. Debit card facility will also be given in addition to the family members in addition to Rs.
All branches of Axis Bank will be ‘home branches’
Apart from defense personnel, pensioners will also get the benefit of this agreement. At present, Axis Bank is also offering unlimited free chequebooks, free demand drafts and pay orders. Indian Army personnel will get the facility of Universal Account Number for the whole country. All the Axis Bank branches located across the country will be ‘home branches’ for them. In the past, under the digital initiative of Axis Bank, soldiers have been getting many types of banking facilities.
