There is good news for the residents of Haryana. Now those with an annual income of Rs 1 lakh 80 thousand to Rs 3 lakh will also get the benefit of Ayushman Bharat. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has announced this by tweeting. Now the beneficiary families will be able to avail the benefits by depositing Rs. Portals will be opened for making cards from Independence Day i.e. 15th August. After this announcement, Haryana has become the first state to do so.

According to the CM Office Haryana, the portal will be opened from August 15, 2023 for registration in the scheme. Till now 30 lakh families are taking advantage of Ayushman Yojana. After this announcement, 8 lakh families will be able to take advantage of the scheme. That is, now a total of 38 lakh families can take advantage of this scheme. Significantly, the name of Ayushman Bharat is Chirayu Yojana in Haryana. 12 lakh Antyodaya families have been linked to this scheme in the state.
Free treatment up to five lakh rupees
Under Haryana’s Viva Yojana, treatment of 1500 types of diseases can be done free of cost in 715 empaneled hospitals, both government and private. With the help of this scheme, free treatment up to ₹ 5 lakh can be done. To take advantage of this scheme, then the applicant will have to get a Golden Health Card made. To apply in Chirayu Yojana, the applicant must be a native of Haryana.
Documents required for registration
Applicant’s residence certificate, applicant’s caste certificate, income certificate, Aadhaar card, bank passbook, passport size photo, applicant’s mobile number, applicant’s email ID, etc. will be required for registration in Ayushman or Chirayu Yojana. Applicants can apply through both online and offline modes.
