Ayushman Card: The government is providing Rs 5 lakh free treatment facility to every citizen of the country. Free treatment coverage is being provided to eligible citizens by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. This coverage of Rs 5 lakh is being given through Kalyan Yojana Card under PM Jan Arogya Yojana. However for this you must have Ayushman card. It is very easy to make this. Ayushman card can be made through online mode sitting at home. If you apply properly, it will take only 24 hours for Ayushman Card to be approved. Who can get Ayushman Bharat Card made?
People included in the poverty line i.e. BPL category can get Ayushman Bharat card made. Apart from this, families listed in the Low Income and Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) database can get cards made.
How to make Ayushman Bharat card
- First of all you have to click on the official website of Ayushman Bharat PMJAY https://pmjay.gov.in/.
- After this, you will see Am I Eligible option at the top, on which you have to click.
- A new page will open, on which verification will have to be done by entering the mobile number. Then captcha code will have to be entered.
- After this you have to tap on the Login option.
- Then you have to tap on the Search For Beneficiary option.
- Then select the state and enter PMAY in the scheme. Then in Search By, you will have to select Family ID, Aadhar Card or Location Rural or Location Urban for ration card. Then you have to tap on the District option. After this you have to tap on the Search option. Then if Family ID option is selected, then you will have to tap on it. Or you will have to enter Aadhaar number.
- After this, details of all the family members will be available. Then the member on whom Ayushman Bharat card is to be made. He will have to verify through Aadhaar OTP, fingerprint, IRIS scan or face authentication. On selecting Aadhaar option, it will have to be verified through OTT.
- After this a new page will open, which will have to be selected. Then OTP will have to be verified. After this, the authentication page will open that your Ayushman Bharat card application has been submitted.
- After this this page will automatically redirect to a new page. Will come downwards. So you have to tap on e-kyc option. Then Aadhaar OTP option has to be selected. Then you have to select the concern page. Then you have to enter OTP and submit. After this the details will appear in front of you. After this you will see your photo and will also have to tap on the capture photo. And your passport size photo will have to be selected from the phone camera. After this, select mobile number, relation, pincode, state, district, rural or urban, village and submit. After this the health card application will be submitted.
