Free health insurance cover is provided under the central government’s Ayushman Bharat Yojana (Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya). Under this, a cover of Rs 5 lakh per family is provided. That is, the beneficiaries of this scheme can get treatment up to 5 lakh rupees for free.
