Ayushman card Download: Ever since Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman talked about the inclusion of Anganwadis and Asha sisters under the ambit of Ayushman Bharat scheme in the interim budget, this scheme has been in the news. Ayushman Bharat Scheme is known as Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. This scheme provides health coverage to the low income people of the country. Beneficiaries covered under the Ayushman Bharat scheme can avail free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in government or listed private hospitals.
Those who are eligible for this scheme are issued Ayushman card by the government. The benefits of the scheme are availed only with the help of this card. But suppose if your card gets lost somewhere, how will you get it back? Know here
What to do in case the card is lost
If your Ayushman card is lost, you can go to the nearest Ayushman center or any office of the health department and get a new card made. Apart from this, if you know any Ayushman Mitra in your area, then contact him and with his help you can also get a new card. If you want, you can also download the Ayushman card yourself. Know what is its process –
- To download the online card, first visit https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/ website.
- Now the homepage of National Health Authority (NHA) portal will open in front of you.
- After this, you will see the login box on the right side, here you click on the option of Beneficiary.
- Now enter the mobile number registered with your Aadhaar and verify with the OTP received on the mobile.
- Now a new page will open in front of you, where you select your state and district and select PMJAY in the Scheme section.
- Now verify yourself with the help of Family ID, Aadhaar Number, Name, Location – Rural, Location -Urban, PMJAY ID and click on the Search button to check Ayushman Card.
- After this a new page will open in front of you. On this page you will start seeing all the Ayushman Bharat Cards linked to that Aadhaar ID or Family ID.
- Now if you want to download your Ayushman Bharat Health Card, then click on the Download Card option given above.
- Now you have to verify yourself with the help of OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- Now you can select the Ayushman Bharat Card you want to download and download it.
- After doing this, your Ayushman card will be downloaded in PDF form. By taking a printout of it, you can get it converted into a hard copy.
