Bahraich Wolf Attack: Another man-eating wolf has been caught in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. Earlier, two female and two male wolves have been caught. The forest department had laid several traps to catch the wolves. Finally today (10 November 2024) morning, the female wolf was captured in the forest department’s cage near Haribax Purwa of Sisayya Churamani
The terror of wolves in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh is almost on the verge of ending. The administration said that two wolves are roaming around. Meanwhile, the Forest Department has got a big success today (10 November 2024) at 7 am. The Forest Department has caught a female wolf. This is the fifth wolf caught by the administration. Earlier, the administration has caught 4 wolves. It is being said that one to two wolves are still roaming freely, who will also be caught soon.
According to media reports, the location of this wolf was found on Monday evening in Mahsi area. After which the forest department team had set up several cages around the farm. Along with this, monitoring was being done with drone cameras throughout the night. Then today (10 November 2024) at around 7 am, it was caught near Harbakhshsingh Purwa village.

10 people died, more than 50 injured
Let us tell you that the wolf has not attacked for the last 9 days. So far, 10 people including 9 children have died in wolf attacks. While more than 50 people have been injured. Chief Forest Conservator Renu Singh said that this wolf used to run away on seeing the thermal drone. It had become very clever. In such a situation, we stopped using the thermal drone and surrounded it. After this, we got success. We made a plan according to its footprints. Then we were able to catch it. She further said that now one more wolf is left, which will also be caught soon.
Wolves created terror in Bahraich and Sitapur
For the past few days, wolves created terror in Bahraich. Recently, a wolf attacked a 5-year-old girl. In which the girl was injured. The girl was sent to CHC Mahsi for treatment. After Bahraich, wolf attack in Sitapur also spread panic among the people. Recently, six people were attacked by wolves in Sitapur. Out of these, an elderly woman died, while the other five people were injured. Four children were also among the injured. The case was from Sadarpur area.
