When will the problem occur: Kotak Bank said in an email sent to customers, “This is to inform you that the bank’s systems will undergo maintenance activity from 01.00 am to 03.30 am on March 16 and March 20, 2024.” During this period, Kotak Bank debit card services will be temporarily unavailable. This includes services of ATM, POS, ECOM, QR, Payment Tokenization, Cardless Cash Withdrawal, PIN Authentication and PIN Generation, Blocking or Unblocking the Card, Card Control – Transaction Amount Limit Modification and Activation or Deactivation.
