There will be half day holiday in banks
The Finance Ministry said in a circular that all public sector banks/public sector insurance companies/public sector financial institutions and regional rural banks will be closed for half a day till 2:30 pm on January 22 on the occasion of the consecration of Ayodhya Ram Temple. Will keep.
All central government offices will remain closed
Let us tell you that before this, the Central Government has also announced to keep all the Central Government offices across the country closed for half a day on January 22 due to the consecration ceremony in Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
The ministry said in an order issued to all ministries/departments of the central government, “The celebration of the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya will be celebrated all over India on 22 January 2024. So that the employees can participate in this celebration, it has been decided that All Central Government offices, Central Institutions and Central Industrial Establishments across India will remain closed for half a day till 2.30 pm on 22 January 2024.”
Opportunity for long weekend next week
The last long weekend of the month of January is also going to fall in the next week. In the coming week, Friday 26th January will be a Republic Day holiday. After this, due to Saturday being the fourth Saturday of the month, there will be a holiday in banks across the country and banks will remain closed on Sunday also. In such a situation, there will be no work in banks across the country for three consecutive days.
