Banks will be closed for 17 days in December
In December 2024, there will be many holidays in banks due to national and local festivals. According to the holiday calendar of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), banks will remain closed for a total of 17 days this month. These include Sundays, second and fourth Saturdays, and holidays on the occasion of festivals. There are 5 Sundays in December. Due to this, banks will be closed for 7 days due to weekly holiday. Although bank branches will remain closed on these days, customers can use digital services like internet banking, mobile apps and ATMs.
