Bank Holiday: If you have to get any work done related to the bank, then finish it by Friday i.e. March 21. After this, the banks will remain closed from March 22 to March 25, which will open on March 26. Actually, banks will remain closed on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23. After this, there will be a strike on Monday and Tuesday.

Why will there be a strike?

In fact, after the government’s talks with banks in New Delhi on Tuesday remained inconclusive, a nationwide strike was announced on March 23 and 24. Bank employees are protesting against adequate recruitment in banks, deployment of security guards in all branches, five-day banking, restoration of old pension and giving various works to private hands. Along with this, bank employees will not work on the demands of regularizing the contract workers.

UPI, ATM services will run normally

According to media reports, Anant Mishra, Provincial General Secretary of Bank of India Staff Association UP, said that the United Forum of Bank Unions, a joint organization of all banks, has called for an all-India strike. However, during this time UPI, mobile banking, internet banking and ATM services will continue as normal.
