According to the list of the Reserve Bank, banks will remain closed for 9 days in addition to the weekend holidays in January. New year is starting with holidays
Apart from National Holidays in banks, there are also Regional Holidays according to the states. Apart from these, the work of banks remains closed on every Sunday and on the second and fourth Saturday also. The first date of the year is Saturday, but this day is a New Year’s holiday. After this, the second day i.e. January 2 is falling on Sunday.
