The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has the authority to determine all bank holidays under the Negotiable Instruments Act, Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) holidays. RBI has recently released the list of bank holidays for September 2024. According to this, there are a total of 15 non-working days in September, that is, there will be no work in banks on these days. These holidays include holidays declared by regional and different governments in the state.
