You can do these things when the bank is closed

If the bank is closed in your city, then you cannot do things like depositing a draft or depositing a check, but you can do other bank related work like withdrawing cash or making transactions etc. You can withdraw cash from ATM using a debit card. Whereas, you can transfer money with the help of online banking facility. You will not have to bother for this.
