RBI has declared a holiday on November 10, 11 and 12 under the Negotiable Instruments Act. According to the list of bank holidays issued by RBI, you should settle the work related to your bank.   • Banks will remain closed in Patna and Ranchi on November 10 on Chhath Puja.
  • On November 11, there will be no work in banks in Patna on Chhath Puja.
  • All banks in Shillong will remain closed on 12th November on the occasion of Vangla Utsav.
  • Due to the second Saturday on November 13, the work in banks across the country will be closed.
  • On November 14, there will be a Sunday holiday for banks across the country.

Bank customers should settle the branch related work in advance according to the holidays based on the festivals of their states. With this, they will get rid of the trouble of returning to the branch when they find the lock hanging.
