Citibank credit cards have been renamed as Axis Bank credit cards from today. Citibank customers can now enjoy the full benefits of Axis Bank credit cards from today.
New Delhi: There is a big update for Citibank customers. From today, Citibank credit cards have been merged with Axis Bank credit cards. Axis Bank said in a statement that from July 15, 2024, Citibank credit card customers can start using their new Axis Bank card on their existing Citi-branded cards to avail the benefit. The bank further said that customers will get this facility for the next few months, till the Axis Bank card is made available to the customers.
How to find Axis Bank customer ID?
If you are an existing Axis Bank customer, you have already been given a unique Axis Bank customer ID. After the migration, your entire Citi relationship will be mapped to your existing Axis Bank customer ID. If you are a Citibank customer, you will be informed or informed about your new Axis Bank customer ID via SMS and e-mail using the registered contact details.
There will be no change in these things
There will be no change in the card PIN, card number, expiry date and CVV of the existing Citi card. Apart from this, the billing cycle, statement generation date and payment due date will also remain the same.
No change in annual fees
Please note that there will be no change in the annual fees for Citi-branded cards after the migration. If there is currently no annual fee on your card, it will remain the same even after the migration. However, there may be changes in fees and charges with the migration to Axis Bank. The bank will inform you in advance about any changes related to the annual fee.
ATM and Branch
Let us tell you that Citibank branches and ATMs will be re-branded as Axis Bank branches and ATMs. Although there may be a change in the opening hours of the bank, ATMs and branches will remain at their old locations.
