HDFC Banking System Upgrade: If you have a bank account in HDFC Bank, then there is an important news for you. Due to system upgrade on July 13 (Saturday), some banking and payment services of HDFC Bank will not be available from 3 am to 4.30 pm. The bank has also informed all the customers about this by sending a message. UPI transactions will not be possible during these 13 and a half hours. Apart from this, net banking and mobile banking facilities will be partially available.
The system will be upgraded from 3 am to 4.30 pm
HDFC Bank said, ‘We are upgrading the system at HDFC Bank on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 3:00 am to 4:30 pm. This upgrade is aimed at improving the banking system to improve your banking experience by improving speed, expanding capacity for high traffic and boosting reliability. Plan your banking activities according to the information, as some services will be temporarily unavailable during this 13 and a half hour period.

UPI facility will not be available from 3.45 am to 09.30 am
HDFC account holders will be able to transact money through UPI from 3.45 am to 09.30 am and after 12.45 pm. Apart from this, balance information, PIN change facility will be available. At the same time, merchant payment (QR and online) can also be done during this period. These facilities will not be available between 3 am to 03.45 am and 09.30 am to 12.45 pm. IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, HDFC bank account to account transfer, online transfer and branch transfer facilities will be available.
