Bank Holiday: Banks will be closed in a number of regions on the occasion of Bakri Eid on June 29. In some states and a few other states banks will be closed for Bakri Eid on June 28, according to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) holiday list.
In June, banks are closed on the occasions of Y.M.A. Day/Raja Sankranti, Kang (Rathajatra)/Ratha Yatra, Kharchi Puja, Bakri Eid (Eid-Ul-Zuha) and Remna Ni/Id-Ul-Zuha.
Bakri Eid (Eid-Ul-Zuha)- Banks are closed on June 28 in Maharashtra, Jammu, Kerala, and Srinagar.
Bakri Eid (Eid-Ul-Adha): Banks are closed on June 29 in these states
Tripura, Gujarat, Mizoram, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Chandigarh, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Manipur, Rajasthan, Jammu and Srinagar, Uttar Pradesh, Bengal, New Delhi, Goa, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh.
Banks are not closed in Maharashtra, Sikkim, Orissa, and Kerala.
Remna Ni/Id-Ul-Zuha- Banks are closed on June 30 in Mizoram and Orissa.

The holidays have been designated by the RBI as follows: Holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act; Holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act and Real-Time Gross Settlement Holiday; and Banks’ Closing of Accounts.
Net Banking, mobile banking
Almost all banks offer net banking, mobile banking and Whatsapp banking services to its customers to non-financial as well as financial bank services without visiting bank.
July bank holidays
Banks will remain closed for 15 days in July 2023, these holidays include the second and fourth Saturdays of the month and Sundays. Both public and private banks will remain closed on occasions of Guru Hargobind Ji’s Birthday, MHIP Day, Ker Puja, Bhanu Jayanti, U Tirot Sing Day, Drukpa Tshe-zi, Ashoora, Muharram (Tajiya) in select states.
