Meanwhile, there has been a big change in the timing of the semester examinations of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The new time of the semester examination to be held from June 4 to June 30 has been released.
According to the notification issued by Banaras Hindu University, now all the semester examinations to be held till June 30 will be held from 8 am to 11 am and 3 pm to 6 pm. For this, the Controller of Examinations Office has sent a letter to the heads of all the institutes and faculties of the university.
Decision taken in view of the health of the students
After receiving the letter from the Controller of Examinations Office, the change in the timing of the examinations has started. B.Com, M.Com and MBA examinations will be held from 4th June from 8 am to 11 am. BHU PRO Dr. Rajesh Singh told Local 18 that the university administration has taken this decision so that the students do not face any kind of problem due to the scorching heat and heat wave.
The mercury had reached 47 degrees
