The Khairthal factory that shipped mustard oil (sarson ka tel) to Patanjali has been sealed by the Rajasthan government late on Thursday night. Videography of the factory was also conducted under the leadership of the District Collector.
After the Indian Medical Association (IMA) defamation case of Rs 1000 crore in the case of comment on allopathy, Baba Ramdev has now hit the target of Rajasthan government too. The government has sealed the Khairthal factory in Alwar on Thursday night due to the fear of adulteration of mustard oil of Baba Ramdev’s Pantjali Company. Videography was also conducted for this action led by the District Collector.
Earlier, the edible oil industry organization (SEA) of Baba Ramdev’s company Patanjali mustard oil has also raised objections. The organization objected to the company’s advertisement which claimed that the other brands of mustard oil were adulterated with crude ghani oil. However, after the information of Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali brand packing and adulteration in the name of Patanjali brand in Khairthal in Alwar district of Rajasthan, the administration raided the Singhania oil mill and seized the factory late at night.
A huge amount of packing material of Patanjali has been recovered in the factory. On Thursday evening, the team of the inquiry committee SDM Alwar, after raiding the Singhania Oil Mill located in the industrial area on Ismailpur Road in Khairthal, was sealed and charged by the district administration on Wednesday for supplying adulterated mustard oil in the name of Patanjali. Yogesh arrives at the factory under the leadership of Dagur. The matter is currently being investigated.
It has been told by the management that Baba Ramdev’s permission to pack Patanjali in the factory has been given. Apart from this, wrappers of another brand Sri Sri Oil brand have been recovered. Samples have been taken by the team of food inspectors and Ayurveda nirks of the stock of mustard oil in the factory, crude oil and oil extracted from the speller and the raw material present. After the report, further action will be taken.
The factory management has been prohibited from administering the goods to the bush and not to show oil to Patanjali and other documents including permission letter along with packing, factory license and packing license. . It is being told that a large quantity of mustard oil from Khairthal goes to Baba Ramdev’s company Patanjali from this factory . Patanjali sells this oil in the market by imposing her stamp on it. On the basis of this complaint, District Collector Nannu Mal Pahadia took prompt action and formed a three-member committee under the leadership of Yogesh Dagur, Sub Divisional Officer of Alwar.
