Big Announcement..! Now you will have to do this work if you stay in America for more than 30 days, otherwise you will go straight to jail

White House announced that all foreign nationals staying in the country for more than 30 days will have to register with the federal government. Failure to do so will result in fines, jail and deportation.

White House announced that all foreign nationals staying in the country for more than 30 days will have to register with the federal government. If they do not do so, they will face fines, jail and deportation. This announcement has caused concern among immigrant communities across America.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt said, “All foreign nationals staying in the United States for more than 30 days must register with the federal government. Failure to comply is a crime punishable by fines, imprisonment or both.”

If you do not do so, you will be arrested

Levitt said, “If this is not done, you will be arrested, fined, deported and you will never be able to return to our country.”

Why was this decision taken?

The directive, based on the decades-old Alien Registration Act of World War II, was given the green light after Trump-appointed US District Judge Trevor N. McFadden dismissed a legal challenge by advocacy groups. The judge ruled that the plaintiffs lacked sufficient legal grounds to stop the rule from being implemented. This cleared the way for the controversial directive to come into effect.

What is the new rule?

Under the new rule, foreign nationals – [including visa holders and legal permanent residents] – must carry proof of registration at all times. The directive applies to individuals staying in the US for more than 30 days. This also includes newly arrived foreign nationals, who must register within one month of entering the country if they do not have valid documents.

When will the rule come into effect?

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has clarified that individuals entering the US after April 11 must register within 30 days. Children who turn 14 will also have to re-register and provide fingerprints, even if they were previously registered.

Leavitt, who also serves as an aide to President Donald Trump, said the decision is about national security and law enforcement. “The Trump administration will continue to enforce our country’s immigration laws. We will not choose which laws to enforce. We need to know who is in our country to protect our homeland and all American citizens,” she said.
