In this way customers will get the benefit of the new service
Through the new service, the government will give LPG customers the option to see their ratings before choosing a distributor. This option will be visible to the customers at the time of refilling of LPG. When the customer logs in for booking LPG refill through the mobile app/customer portal, he/she will get the option to select the distributor there and also the rating of the customer/distributor will be shown there. Please note that this rating may vary from region to region. Through this facility, the customer will be able to choose the best distributor for himself. This will increase the competition among the distributors to provide good services, which will directly benefit the customers.
