Date extended once again
The central government has once again extended the last date for linking the ration card with the Aadhaar card (Aadhaar-Ration Card Link). Earlier this deadline was till 31 March, which has now become 30 June. This means that you can get your ration card linked to Aadhaar card till June 30. The government believes that after linking the ration card with the Aadhaar card, it will be easy to ensure that all the needy are getting their share of food grains. Please tell that the government had extended this deadline earlier also. The government had earlier given time till 31 December 2022 for this work, which was later extended till 31 March 2023.

The work of linking ration card with Aadhaar can now be done till June 30, 2022. How to add Aadhaar-Ration Card
- Visit the official Public Distribution System (PDS) portal of your state.
- Select Link Aadhaar with Active Card.
- Enter your Ration Card Number followed by Aadhaar Card Number.
- Enter your registered mobile number.
- Select the Continue/Submit button.
- Now you will receive an OTP on your mobile phone.
- Enter the OTP on the Aadhaar Ration Link page, and your request for the same has now been submitted.
- Once the process is complete, you will receive an SMS informing about the same.
